So I went to this magical land today where they have walls and walls of books! They even give them to you for free! All you have to do is swipe this card (that they also give you for free) and then can leave. It’s crazy!! Crazy Awesome! It’s called a library, I really recommend that you check it out.

So I popped by my local library today (if you couldn’t guess) and picked up a stack of books. I’ll be honest, I’ve not checked a book out from the library in well over a decade. I’m a book buyer, not a book renter. More then the instant gratification and I figured that it was time I checked it out (hahaha, get it “checked it out”). I was delightfully impressed with what my little island had to offer.

For the first time in a long while, I’m not elbows deep in textbooks. I’m excited to delve into some new books. I picked up the second Witches of East End novel and the Amanda Knox autobiography, as well as The night circus, Out of Orange, and Not that Kind of Girl. If I’m lucky I’ll get through this stack before finding something else that I’m dying to read right then and there. Either way life is good!

Faerwald has made it out to beta readers this week! I’m really excited for some feedback. Okay, I’m also a bit nervous. It’s the moment of truth. Did I waist the last year of my life or have I made something worthy of readers? I guess time will tell.
