Today I went over some edits with my first reader, who’s been getting chapters at a time for the last several months. It was really great to see the places where everything came together, and sometimes hilarious to see the mistakes. The best part though, was holding my book. I get to hold physical hours of my life, in my own hands. What a cool feeling.

I can’t wait until I can tell you about the other project I have in the works. Just a few more weeks until I can announce it.

My motto as of late has been this:

I saw it on a writers blog that I follow. I wish that I had caught the book title, but unfortunately I didn’t. It just seems to hit home on so many levels.
